As for the cart in question, The kid should pack marshmallows in it cuz they are gonna be done sooner or later
I have 10-15 PMs asking me how to make it work on 32v, and just as many responses explaining that is can't be done. So if he insists upon running the cart under voltage against our advice that's his business. What we don't want here is other readers mistakenly thinking this is okay to do.
That is why we can't support any variation of this experiment.
