I am not familiar with this cart. However they all are basically the same. The key switch has incoming power typically from the solenoid HOT post if the key switch is good, the power will move downstream to either the controller or other devices, depends on the setup. Other INPUT are required to have solenoid activation. KSI, F&R, Throttle input, Charger interlok. However your 12v solenoid may have given it all for the cause.
