When I replaced my pump, it took a LONG time to get fuel flowing. 1st- Make sure your line is not obstructed from the bottom of the tank, all the way to the carb, any and all clamps are tight, and the hose is in good shape. I used a turkey baster to prime my line with gas. Good luck..
