You can try just the 2 bad ones. Used good batteries would be the best for that age pack .... any new battery you put in that pack will read like an old one in 6 months. But it will work. They have a way of all equaling out to the lowest one....
If you do put 2 new ones in keep an eye on their water level ~ they are gonna get cooked when you recharge.
