Default 1994 36v Marathon 1st Upgrades Done - Have Lift/Tire/Wheel ??

Okay so I upgraded my old stock controller, solenoid, F&R switch, cables, and motor. I'm now running the following:
Alltrax 500a controller
HD F&R switch
400/1000a solenoid
2ga wires
MOT-B3 EZ-Go 36 Volt Non-Regen Electric, High Torque

I'm getting about 12 mph on flat ground, 9 mph going up this hill in the neighborhood, and about 18 mph when I do downhill.

First question, do these numbers seem about right for the upgrades I did?

Second question, if I put a Jakes 4" lift kit and 22" tires (I'm stock now) I believe I'll gain speed, but lose torque (-30%?), how will the lift/tires change my numbers?

It's used as a hunting buggy and I don't care that much about going fast, but I'd hate to lose torque (and I'm guessing speed) going up "hills".

Thanks,
Jdog
