What is this?

This some kind of electrical panel to keep it from back feeding...I don't understand why you need all this.

I have a wiring harness already made that has been operating now since 04 on mine with just wire and switches. You move the toe switch to the dash along with the chip switches and flip them to whatever mod you want.
