New battery with a good post seems to have done the trick! Guess the other one with the "rigged" post wa failing under load? I drove it twice yesterday. I tried everything to see if I could make it fail again. Have charged it overnight to test again.
Anyway, THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP! I am now addicted to BGW.
