There are so many things to check, if there are no birds nests in the fins under the plastic. You need to start checking basic power robbing things like is the exhaust plugged up, are brakes draging, is the tranny binding (hard to turn by hand), is the motor getting oil to the top end (rocker galley). Then, need to check state of tune, valve adjust, new spark plug ( the correct heat range), jetting in carb, new air filter. I'm sure there's more, but someone will help us out.
