93 cc belt question
I have a 93 club car. That I just put in a jakes 6 inch lift with 22 inch tires.
During the process of installing the lift kit the cart fell off the jack stands ripping the throttle and govenor cable also the ground for the s/g. Anyhow I have the throttle cable
Hooked up to the carb giving it about 3/4 throttle. Before the lift the cart was fine. I had
Bought the napa 6013 belt only because napa is across the street and my belt was cracked real bad. Now after instaling the belt (it so happend to be the same size as the stock one)
It shakes and shutters on take off. Once the cart gets moving its fine. Im wondering if its
Doing this because the napa belt has cogs when the cc belt was smooth or if its because the belts not slipping anymore and the govenor is not hooked up. It did not do this until i put the napa #6013 belt on. Any ideas or help would be great.
