Default Re: Eve 105aH cells for RXV

Most of your high current pull is hard acceleration from a dead stop. Unless you live near steep hills or pull a trailer or run the cart very slowly for extended times.

I've yet to see a lithium cell that couldn't pull 8C for 3 seconds. The continuous discharge will be much different than the 5 min rate and that will be much different than the 5 second rate. Some companies will show other rates, like 3 seconds, 1 second, etc. So it's important to see what the time duration is for the advertised discharge rate.

On my own cart I haven't seen any current draw at or over 280 amps for more than a second under normal use. Every cart is different though.

FWIW, the "normal use" I referenced, for me, is full acceleration/full speed but still being used on flat pavement. Your mileage may vary.
