Question on Low Compression
Hey everyone, I have a 2000 EZGO TXT. Could smell it smoking a bit and went through the process of valve adjustment which helped compression a bit, but I have one cylinder at ~155 and the other at ~105psi.
I found a comment saying if you pour some oil in the cylinder and check compression and it's good then you need rings, if it's still low then it's valves. Adding oil I was up to 155 psi.
My question is ... am I just doing harm if I continue to drive the cart with low compression on one cylinder, or should I get this work done ASAP?
The cart doesn't get a ton of use but don't want to damage something.
