My axle isn't threaded to get any kind of slide hammer in there. I think we have figured out how to make rudimentary slide hammer and make it work. I'll keep you posted.
Slide the drum back on with the inside facing out and put the nut on the end of the axle. Then use a dead blow hammer to to hit the face of the drum to drive the axle out.
