One, I would recommend getting something to cover all the contacts on top of your battery pack. Drop something on top of there and you'll have a spark show at least, if not a worse outcome.

In the video you mentioned that some of the wires were loose in the connector on the BMS. Here is a link to a post in a different thread that shows how you can make sure all of those connections are correct. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...5&postcount=22 That whole thread is great to read through.

Also, I would recommend drawing a little diagram to show us how you have everything wired and connected. Trying to see how it is all connected in a video or pictures is tough. Here is a link to a post in my build thread to give you an idea what will help us to see what you have going on. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...&postcount=197 We have a little different configuration in our setups, so yours will be a little different.

Hope this helps. I'll offer more advice when I can.
I checked all the voltage per the 1st URL you listed. I currently have 37 volts to the entire pack and as I checked each connection, it went up 3.7 volts as it should...all connections checked out.

I removed the connector to the BMS and reseated it to see if that would make a difference and still no power.

So here is the question, am I one of the unlucky ones who received a bad BMS?
