The dip stick says the oil is on the is right on the mark on the high side. This was my uncles cart till he broke the rod and I inherittes it. My guess is he ran it without oil because when I got it was bone dry. It only blows the smoke when it's on a steep hill and straining other than than it will run great.

NP on the bump. I am no expert by any means, but i know from reading a bunch that the oil can not be overfull. Also how steep a hill, maybe this has something to do with it and a bit to much oil??
