After the lastest cold spells we learned that chargers have a temperature threshold. For instance, the Delta Q won't start up if temp goes below -20 or above 140. This is to prevent charging if the batteries had been frozen, but of course, if you batteries froze then you don't really love your cart. The fact that daroosta25 asked the question to begin with is a fine example of cart parenting.
