That is slow by any means, but if that is where it has always been then it is in the controller programming.

Speed Codes:
Speed Setting 1 = 8 MPH
Speed Setting 2 = 13.2 MPH
Speed Setting 3 = 14.8 MPH
Speed Setting 4 = 19.6 MPH (Private Code)

With your Sepex system, the best bang for your buck will be the Alltrax Controller. The XCT48300-IQ is a Plug and Play replacement and can be mapped for your stock motor. As mentioned above, you can get 22/23 mph on stock tires or faster with 22's.
