My trusty 1987 G2 got borrowed and came home seized up
. No biggie . I pulled the motor and tore it down. The oil slinger broke and spun the connecting rod bearing. My question is two parts: (1) can I get the crank machined and get bigger bearings? or (2) can I just polish the crank with emery cloth and put the OEM bearings in?
