first start with turning the starter by hand you may have a flat spot on the starter that is preventing it from starting if it works it will require a new set of brushes for the starter , 2nd question is when you press the pedal do you get 12v on both sides of the solenoid, 3rd question will it roll if you move the shift lever to the middle position (netural) it could be a clutch hung up or worst case the differential is jammed from the trailer ride you could try rocking it back and forth to unbind it
