OK here is the latest. ....
I pulled the fuel line feeding the carb......ran the hose into an empty water bottle, Get this....
No fuel when stepping on the gas pedal.....but when you remove your foot from the gas pedal it shoots some gas our of the line ...?

Thanks again yall for all the input. I patiently await some more input.
