Happy Thanksgiving!
This is one of our only true traditions left. It symbolizes the brave struggles of the colonists coming to this new place to start a new life free of tyranny and oppression. Those people risked everything to come here and nearly starved to death on this day. I give thanks to the natives of this land for saving them that day and teaching them how to live off this land. Many wars and thousands of lives have been lost defending this land and our system of beliefs. This holiday symbolizes all of that, and we must remember the cause on this day.
I pray that our creator will have mercy on all of us and someday will reclaim this land as his own.
