Update
In waiting for a new charger I got impatient and decided to pull the cart apart and paint it.
Several weeks, some fiberglass repair, bondo, lots of sanding and paint later I think it looks pretty good for my first time painting anything with an air gun.

I also have installed heavy duty dual action leaf springs to prep for the rear seat. I'm hoping to get everything put back together this weekend.
One question, what lights would be good for the year of club car I have. I bought
some lights that should fit my cart, but holding the template against the body I don't think it will fit.
