For future reference, when the packets 48 V it should be on the charger. 48v represents a 50% discharge of the pack. Deeper discharge will reduce the useful lifetime of the pack.

The OEM charger will sometimes take up to two minutes to analyze the pack and begin charging. At that time you should see the amperage needle go up.
