Thanks Marty I did replace the plug and wire first just to rule that out. I'm going to go to napa to get a gm hei module to replace the ignitor unit. I tested the pulser coil..good, the ignition coil....good, the gm ignitor is under $20. so I'm just going to replace it. See it's not sparking at all now. THe manual i got says pulser coil should be between 120-180 ohm. 1986 ezgo
