I have a 00 club car, each battery reads 8.5V, but when i plug the charger in it hums but the amps read 0,
some say join 2 wires in the charger together to override the low voltage check, others say hook a 12v charger to each battery for no more that 30 minutes.. so i'm not sure which way to turn
