PDS cart, short battery life, have load tested the batteries. Looking for battery drain.

When I touch the main positive cable to positive terminal I get a pretty strong arc. Does not arc with RT switch off. Also, after initial arc, does not arc again until I switch RT off and back on. It like it is charging a capacitor or something.

Also, with RT switch on, the wire from charger port arcs when I touch to main positive and it arcs even without charger connected.

Any ideas?
