So none of what you posted sounds unusual. You may have a voltage reducer that is draining the pack?
Is it normal to get that arc from the white charger port wire when you connect it to main positive without charger plugged in? There is no short between charger port pins

No Voltage reducer.
Controller is curtis 1206mx and has a resistor on solenoid.
Battery Reserve capacity is rated at 105 min at 75 amps.
Load test gave 75 amps for 65 minutes.

Cart will run about 3 on dirt road miles on a full charge. 20.5" tires.
