This is a follow-up and bump. :)

With a lot of inspection and looking around I believe I am on the track to finding the part number for the burned IC but I still really need a picture or confirmation from someone.

I believe the IC (Q3) is an International Rectifier brand N MOSFET. But I have not been able to get any further then that.

I know taking one of these apart can be a pain but does anybody have one lying around that they have already taken apart that they can check for me?
