Hey All! I'm back at it! I'm having a little trouble getting the idle down on the 16HP Powermax honda clone. From what I've found online, there's a pilot set screw near the bolt hole on the carb.

Problem is, mine doesn't have the limiter cap on it, and I don't think it ever did. I see no way of adjusting this screw or even any way to get it out. What has everyone else done to lower the idle on these motors?
