http://www.ezgo.com/ it looks like all TXT's are now 48 volt, but that doesn't mean that someone didn't special order a bunch of 36 volt carts. Bulk orders could be customized for special needs i.e. 40 carts ordered with 36 volt setup for a reduced price.
Before buying, make sure you aren't paying the 48volt price and getting 36volt carts. If it was a special order, then they got a deal and you shouldn't pay full price for their discount carts.
