Dieseling is usually caused by a hot combustion chamber in conjunction with fuel flow. I'd check your cooling fins for trash ( actually remove the fan cover ), and clean them really well. Also I believe you have a fuel shutoff solenoid on your carb. Use a test light and make sure this shuts off when you stop. If the power shuts off when you stop, remove it and see if there is any crud in it. Those 2 things should help you! The hard hot start could be the cooling air issue also.

P.S. Oh, by the way, don't use gas with alcohol in it! I know it costs more ( not to put something in it, right! ), but your cart will appreciate it no end! If alcohol free isn't available use premium!

Alcohol is for human consumption, not your cart's!
