Delta-Q configures chargers with the most appropriate set of algorithms for each OEM’s applications. Manufacturing and field service personnel can easily toggle between algorithms and, with field reprogrammable chargers, download new algorithms into the charger "on the fly" using the QuiQTM Programmer.
If you ever change the brands of batteries, contact these people about changing the settings on how the batteries are charged. Here is a user guide..

** It does sound like a bad charger. Delta Q seems to be the most reliable chargers on the market. This is the first I hear of an issue.
