UPDATE:
Well my service guy made it out today, all batteries are very low, so we have a charger on them. Each batter has 6-7 volts on it. The Tomberlin rep says if we at least have a total of 32 volts the carts charger should kick on and start charging.
Well i plug it up and it acts like its going to charge then after a few secs it goes back to the flashing red light. 6 times. The manual says "Charger Internal Fault" reset charger if problem persists return charger... well curse my bad luck the service guy is gone, with the new charger. Because he didn't install it since we figured out the batteries were just crazy low. So I'm still chargeing it with the 12 volt charger to help bring the amps up a little more just incase it just needs to be at a full 48 volts for the chrager to kick on. Service guy won't be back till monday.
