Default Help picking a cart

Looking for a 2nd cart and hoping for some advise. Currently I own a 1997 Ez-Go which I totally over paid for and ended up rebuilding. So going to ask first before buying this one.
Cart will be used at a lake and with be on pavement all the time. One hill to go up so torque will be needed. Both cart are about the same cost.
Which one is a better choice or is it a toss up?
