yea i think we need some more info on the motor, sounds like it could be valve issues? try a compression test on your motor and see if you have low compression.
odds are its not fuel issues being you cleaned the carb, unless the carb is just completely trashed or you missed some dirt inside a jet, but id bet thats not it.
