Have you tried "reseting" the controller ? With batteries fully charged (48+ volts) and all cables in good condition....put the "run/tow" switch into "tow" for 5 minutes. (this drains all voltage out of the computer) After 5 minutes put switch into "run". Did you hear the solenoid "click" ? I know this does not awnser the F1/F2 voltage questions,but there are "steps" to follow (in a order) to trouble shoot your cars problem. Keep us posted. Good luck Dave
