Stand on the front bumper/frame and see if it will drop any. Sometimes on pavement the tires don't settle until you get weight in there, the tires kinda grip the pavement and the suspension won't compress. Also check your toe setting. You want to be as close to zero as you can get. If you are too much toe in, as you drive forward on pavement the suspension will lift and you'll get that kinda camber. Drive backward and it will go down.
