Re: sheared bolt in the drive clutch
If the bolt is broken off flush you can try welding a nut on the stub and trying to spin it out.
If thats not an option then I would load the cart on a trailer and take it to a machine shop. Have them take a look at it to see if they can get the bolt out. Hopefully it can be done with the engine still in the cart.
