I've just read your previous posts again and the FSIP diagram. With the pedal up, there should be zero volts from the footswitch (pin 3 on controller). With pedal depressed (switch closed) pack voltage 48v. Doesn't matter how far. That will activate the solenoid (pin 17)
The pot wiper signal in (pin 7) should be a 0-5v signal from the sensor (blue wire). So there are 2 different lines from the accelerator, microswitch signal + hall sensor signal.
