www.cartpartsplus.com and he can have it machined for $50 I believe. Or, if you don't want to spend the money on a big block you can upgrade it to the FE290 which is in the 92-03. Or, have a talk with Xtremecarts about the Chinese Honda he has. It's 13HP and he says he really likes it. And they're pretty cheap.
