Sounds like you might overdone the "spritzing" under the seat stoney. If your seals weren't tight I'd hazard a guess that you have washed out a micro switch. A good soak with WD40 around that area might help but since your post is a bit vague it's difficult to help. Is the engine turning at all ? All information is well recieved but like a dentist hearing; "MY tooth hurts", It's kind of tough to pinpoint the problem if you can't identify which jaw is giving you gyp. I give my motor a wash once a week but only with a light spray. I keep the blasting power for the bodywork and suspension areas.
