New here and to carts. I have an E-Z-Go Textron (TXT?). I searched the forums to try to save you guys from repeat questions, but I'm confused. If the last two numbers tell you the year, mines either a 1914 or a 2014

The Manufactuer code is 83L14. Is it the first two numbers? 83 makes since. Or the last two of the serial is 86.

I'd rather something to work on basically from scratch for entertainment purposes. That's a little intro to me in a nut shell.
