My 2006 precedent was having the same problem. It was a crap shoot weather it would turn over or not. I just bought mine and it has been around 0 degrees all the time lately. Someone has already replaced the solenoid on it, I tested the micro switch on the f/r lever. I replaced the GCOR on the gas pedal under the floor and that took care of it. Hope this has helped you.
