I have just finished installing the rear leafs (4 leaf HD) and it gave me a couple of inches lift in the rearwith no rubbing issues.
But the rear axle moved back ~0.5- 1" and now my back brakes are dragging/rubbing.
So I have to remove the drums, inspect and adjust the cable them and the shocks nolonger fit
, too short, soooooo new shocks added to list.
I also installed the trailer hitch.
The new tires will not fit on the front w/o rubbing. I have to order new springs/lift kit.
It kinda looks like the old drag racers trick to add long shackles to lift the rear end.
at the moment.
I have lucked out on the frozen bolts/rusted solid bolts as they are coming loose/out w/o any major issues.
