I just finished building a lift for my G9.

It wasn't that hard to do and it's about 5" of lift and about 2" further forward and I think it's more than enough, I can't really see why anybody would want to go much taller on the lift.

I think I have a total of maybe $40 into it plus a little time to put it together. Definitely worth it to me.
