It would not run on the two cyl supplied by that carb until I found it and returned it to it's hole. Find out where it went and replace it or your carb will not work correctly.

Ok we'll this explains why the cart wont run with air filter connected and is shouldn't fuel everywhere. I still have the ball but don't know where to stick it.
