Check the 3 driven clutch buttons (that the helix cam rides on) for wear or breakage, and maybe, go back to a stock driven clutch spring!
If that works better, but you lose just a little bit of torque, then try another severe duty belt with the stock spring,
that should bring a bit of torque back!
