Yamaha G14 JN5 Seized engine
Hello,
I just finished my first summer as the Director of Maintenance at a small christian camp. We have a Yamaha golf cart used for transportation around our 100 plus acre facility. With being busy with summer camp, I never thought to check the oil. The engine is seized up. I pulled it out and began taking it apart. I am not that familiar with engine repair and don't really have the time to dedicate to rebuilding it. Are there people out there with used engines that are looking to sell them for a reasonable price? The engine is the JN5 300cc. From what I can tell based on my research the cart is a Yamaha G14. I am learning as I go and grateful for any help.
