I'm answering your question because I know you expect me to and would hate to disappoint you.
That’s a NEMA 5-15 straight blade male receptacle. The “5” indicates 125 VAC, grounded or Class 1 connections. the “15” indicates 15 amps current rating.
Can find them just about anywhere.
I have no idea if yours is hardwired or not. Hopefully, it is not and the one DaveMJ suggested will work.
