I'm gonna take a stab at it... LOL Your compression sounds unusually high, especially for a 8 year old cart. A cart that is acting this way would usually mean valves out of adjustment, but that usually means a slow or hard start. Your cart starts good and seems to run well at low rpm only. If you put it in neutral, can you get RPM's then? With all of these symptoms I would start looking for a restriction in the exaust system. This would prevent your engine from obtaining rpm's and would also cause no power. If your engine revs fine in neutral.... That blows my theory....LOL
