When you replace the bearing on the side opposite the driven pulley, go with a sealed bearing, not a shielded bearing it will last much longer. This bearing has a hard time getting enough oul slung up there especially when idling or in neutral. I finally did this on all 5 of the carryall transaxles at the golf course.
